THE FIRST STEP..
"Register to view the live auctions."
"The very first step to importing your new car from Japan is to register to our online auction portal. Once registered you will have access to over 50,000 vehicles at various auction houses across Japan. Our online auction portal collects various auction data from different locations throughout Japan and puts it all in one place for you to easily browse!
THE SECOND STEP..
"become a bidding VIP member."
"Once you have seen a vehicle you wish to bid on, Gorilla Imports VIP members are required to pay a £750 security deposit before bidding. This can be paid by PayPal or TT, and is fully refundable. The deposit amount is subject to change for expensive vehicle purchases."
THE THIRD STEP..
"choose your car."
"Gorilla Imports will not try to sell you a car. Using our live auction search engine you can browse & find your desired vehicle. We guide, support, and provide translations, assistance & opinions along the way. All vehicles can be found by lot number, chassis, model etc. plus you can fine tune your search by adjusting the year, mileage & engine size parameters.
Click on the lot number for a vehicle of interest and when the car page opens you have more functions at your fingertips such as month of production, catalogue data and statistics sales for average prices and recent sales history.
If you wish to make a bid, type a GBP (Great British pound) amount into the white box above “Enter a bid or request information” button and click to submit. NOTE: Gorilla Imports only guarantees bids entered before 10:30pm the day before the auction. Please call, text, or SMS us if you enter a bid after 10:30pm the night before to ensure it will be processed in time.
If you require more information or a translation of the auction inspection sheet, then select USD and do not enter an amount. You may add comments or questions in the text box before submitting."
THE FOURTH STEP..
"pay for your vehicle."
"Once your bid is successful, you will be notified by email immediately & receive an invoice the same day. For one time buyers, you may pay the balance (total cost minus £750 deposit). For regular buyers, we recommend leaving your deposit with us to avoid bank transfer charges."
THE FIFTH STEP..
"Finalisation & Collection"
"With all purchases, you just need to pay your account, and we handle the rest.The first available ship will be booked and we will process all the documents needed. your vehicle will arrive at our local shipping port 8-12 weeks from purchase. Once the vehicle has been released from the port it will be taken back to our facility from there you can collect in person/ opt to have the vehicle delivered- contact us for a quote."
